HOW TO PLAY
Guess the Birdle in 6 tries. Each guess must be a valid word or bird. The answer will be the name of a bird that can be seen in the UK. This could be two words, e.g. 'blue tit' entered as 'bluetit' for 7 letters.
Use the slider at the top to change the length of the Birdle. If you're stuck, click the 'get a hint' button for a helping hand.
Hit enter to submit your guess. After each guess, the colour of the tiles will change to show how close your guess was to the bird.
Examples
The letter R is in the word and in the correct spot.
HERON The letter O is in the word but in the wrong spot.
QUAIL The letter U is not in the word in any spot.
